There are famous thinkers that have little in common with what makes them strive to achievement personal and professional goals. Some famous thinkers have creative ideas in which create a secure foundation for the creative process. Several of these ideas circle around finding a solution to a problem, or changing the way people think about upcoming issues. There are two particular famous thinkers: Sam Walton and Bill Gates., both of these men were able to use the creative process to alter the way people observed the issues of the day. They each made precise contributions to society during difficult times. Bill Gates (William Henry Gates III) William Henry Gates III was birthed in Seattle, Washington on October 28, 1955. Bill Gates has made many contributions to society. He is the founder of Microsoft Inc., which is the industry standard for business and academic software but his most important contribution to society is his philanthropic dedication. It is a well-known fact that Bill Gates is a very wealthy man but what he has done with his wealth is astonishing. He and his wife, Melinda has pledged 95% of their wealth through their philanthropic organization, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. 95% of anyone’s income in staggering but 95% of the Gates is mind blowing. So far to date, the organization has made grants of $26 billion, of which $15 billion went to global health alone (Thorpe, 2012). Samuel Moore â€Å"Sam† Walton Samuel Moore Walton entered the world in the usual way on March 29, 1918, in the town of Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Sam’s parents moved the family to Missouri in 1923 where he spent the remainder of his childhood bouncing from one Missouri town to another. Life was not easy for Sam and his family while growing up during the depression, nor did he take the easy way out ever. Sam was a natural leader and driven even as a child.
